INSTA STIK Quik Set is used to attach compatible roof insulation boards to roof decks and substrates in new roof and roof replacement applications, including insulation board to insulation board, insulation board to Class 1 graveled and non-graveled (bald) built-up roofs for recovery applications, and insulation or gypsum board to 22 gauge and thicker steel decks and wood decks.
INSTA STIK Quik Set Complete is supplied in a 30 lb unit, 23 lb net chemical weight, with a flexible dispensing hose and wand assembly. An on/off ball valve at the end of the dispensing hose allows operational control for single-hand application. The supplied flare-tipped nozzle is ideal on fluted metal decks or in high wind conditions. INSTA STIK™ Quik Set Tank Only is supplied in a 30 lb unit, 23 lb net chemical weight, with no dispensing equipment. Specifically designed for use on large, open roof areas with few penetrations, the Multi- Bead Applicator from Dow offers contractors a rapid, labor-saving method of applying beads of INSTA STIK™ Quik Set Adhesive to roof decking in a correct and repeatable pattern. Featuring an improved design, the Multi-Bead Applicator holds three tanks of INSTA STIK Quik Set and allows fast and efficient application of up to eight beads of adhesive.
